Back from scouting gators. Went south of the dam instead of off our boat ramp. Didn't see a gator.
Decided to put in on our ramp which is on a smallish feeder creek behind the dam and there a gators there and we just wanted to see one at this point
I chit your not, there was a 8ish foot gator swimming the creek maybe 25 yards from our boat dock. Saw 5-6 other small ones also
Also shot a few magazines through the new toys. Lc9s and lcp. Really digging the lcp. Carried it in a pocket holster all day - perfect summer carry.~MFC~

There's lots of love for the WASR10, especially because you can easily remove the wood furniture and stain it up however you want.
The only .308 AK that I'm familiar with is the saiga, and those are hard to come by in that caliber. 7.62x39s are still semi available. I'd recommend going that route if you can because they will eventually be collectors items.
Arsenal is good too, although you could say they are overpriced. NPAP and OPAP are good too.
I personally own a WASR, saiga and arsenal as well as a Draco in 7.62x39 just for the hell of it. They're all great firearms, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. Just make sure to inspect the firearm before buying to make sure the front sight isn't canted.Merica

Again thanks for the response good sir .. As soon as I saw *Draco* for some reason , I felt the need to start an impromptu session of gun porn masturbation. *Sigh* The Draco is oddly sexy to me . Its size in my opinion makes it seem inherently counter intuitive for SBR purposes though.. Now the Mini Draco.. Dear Lord.. That Thing is an erection magnet.
My question to you , is that if you had to grab one for a shtf situation which would you grab ?Htown Representative

Also anyone have experience with the Shockwave Blade? I wan't to invest but something is telling me that thing is good at cutting your cheek up and wobbling a whole lot under continuous fire.

For sure man. Imo, the Draco may look a little odd in pictures, but it's legit sexy when you're holding it.
But, I've found that particular type of firearm is awkward to shoot. Could be because I don't shoot them very much doe.
As for serious buisiness, I'd say all three rifles are the same more or less. My arsenal is the sam7r, which is milled. Its heavier, but the stock is angled downward which eliminates cheek slap. My WASR has a traditional Warsaw length stock which is prone to cheek slap, and my saiga has a nato length stock, less of a profile, and longer. The saiga also has a larger magazine release which is a plus.
I think if I had to choose one, it would be the saiga because it's got no cheek slap, it's lighter than the milled arsenal and is factory new unlike the WASR which is surplus.
That being said though, I feel like AR15s are more ergonomic. They're lighter and have better iron sights on them. Its also easier to swap mags in an AR. I just feel more capable with an AR.Merica

Again thanks for the intelligent feedback. I really wanted to go the route of ehh, say a DD pistol + shockwave Blade , or Noveske (Same configuration as the DD) but I dunno man , I just see my self running an ar during a class and at the slightest malfunction. I'll begin sweating, thinking to myself , would this of happened had I opted for the ak lol.

AR15s may have somewhat of a reputation for being prone to reliability issues, but it's unfounded. The rifle has been around a long time, and the kinks have been worked out.
I suppose the AK is more dependable when being neglected or abused, but those are extreme circumstances. For a home defense situation either rifle would work exactly as it should, assuming you're not running some dirt cheap AR.
What firearms do you own?Merica

wussup, *******z? Man, night crew was bizay. People's minds are always blown when I tell them this stuff.
"Nuh uh, they're drug tested, they can't be on PEDs!"
"Yeah, you go on believing that." It's about 120 in my garage gym. Feels. Scrub the **** out of it with a bronze brush, you may need like two or three of them. The only way the barrel's trashed is if the back pressure caused by the bore obstruction bulged it. It's been prooftested, so I doubt that happened.
I think you got drunker as you posted that. **** the police. Mirin the tyleresque homage. If what I've posted offends you, please feel free to leave your need for validation below.
