    Question Calisthetics and weightlifting question

    So I was doing ICF 5X5 until I started a rowing course. They make us run 1 mile everyday, and do really long and intense ab work. They also make us do 200 jumpees and I can barely walk after that. Because of this I can't handle the heavy weight in the gym. What workout should I do now

    Light weight, as much as you can handle. Or do your workout beforehand and take BCAAs throughout your rowing course.

    In icf 5X5 I'm suppose to go up in weight every workout but I can't do that anymore. I was thinking of doing hypertrophy training. Could you recommend a good workout for me to do while I do rowing

    Yeah I know but I don't wanna do icf 5X5 because I can't go up in weight. Can you recommend me a good hypertrophy workout
