    How can I lose this small amount of stomach fat?

    If you look on my profile I have some pictures of my stomach.

    Please tell me how fat it looks (it is, I hope at least, only a small amount!), and how long it will take me to lose the fat. My only concern is that we can't spot reduce fat, and losing fat will also mean losing fat from my breasts, which are only small (30/32B, and a B cup is very small on a band size as small as 30). I don't want to end up almost flat chested, which could happen. Maybe liposuction on my lower abs is the only option?

    Ok, looking at your facial pic and your stomach pics, your bf % is in the 20's. When your BF is so high, you will lose tits once you get down to ab level, that's life.

    Spot reduction is very real (sort of). I've been doing it for the last few weeks and have seen some pretty significant results on my core.

    What you need to do is buy a tummy belt (one of those sweat ones) and go to the gym in a fasted state (as in on an empty stomach). This will ultimately increase bloodflow to your core and thus allow your body to tap into those fatty deposits more effectively than it would otherwise.     That being said, you're not gonna get a pack and keep fat in other areas (like your tits, thighs, arms, etc). This method will help you disperse the fat around your midsection a bit faster, but you will still lose weight in other areas.

    I didn't think my body fat percentage was that high because I'm not an overweight person - my BMI is 21

    A high body fat % doesn't necessarily mean that you're overweight. It just means that most of your body is made up of fat, with very little muscle (a common thing).

    If you just want to have less fat on your lower abs, you should continue to cut (lose weight, primarily fat) until it's gone. If the end goal is ab definition, you should start adding core exercises into your workout.

    Some men and women will see their abs at 15% bf and some won't until they hit 9%; working your abs (genetics is a factor too) definitely helps the process.

    I recommend you don't do liposuction for this

    Youre a woman, body fat percentages are higher. For example, a man at 17% bf is nowhere near as lean as a woman at 17% bodyfat. This is because of the fat around your breasts, thighs, etc. IMO you should just try and get some mass first then cut. Losing weight makes you significantly smaller and if you dont have some decent lean body mass under that fat, you're not gonna look good skinny anyway because you're not overweight.
