Hey, I'm 58kg, 1,80, 17, ectomorph and I would like to ask you how much should I lift in each exercise so I Don't get Hurt but build muscle.
Like how much should I lift in a bench press, dumbbels, legs, etc. Thanks and btw how many reps and sets should I do?
I can do around 16/10/7/7 pull ups if that help
