Nice work on the sumo DL PR!!
Poor deer What an idiot that guy is. It could have easily been another car. Hope he has learned his lesson. My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159386641
2018 goals:
Lift more than I did in 2017, which won't be hard because I haven't lifted much since March 2017
Build back the muscle I lost while I went through a "I hate lifting" phase
Love lifting again

Gotta ask, what are "Christmasdeocoration curls"???
We have a ton of deer here in Ohio. I saw this girl hit one with her car on a very busy road in our city. The crash broke the deer's front legs and the poor fella was tryna get up and run away but kept falling over. She got out of her car and was freaking out crying at this horrific scene. Couple guys pulled over to help her out, car looked pretty fukked too. I guess the cops come out and hopefully would put the deer down at that point? I hope so, that deer was in serious pain. That was truly one of the more disturbing things I've seen in person.Current PRs:

Deads: 315x1

Thanks, and yeah me too.
Same, especially raccoons. Raccoons are so cute.
Just throwing something else in concentration curls to throw people of.
Wow that's awful.
Sorry I haven't been keeping up in journals, including this one. Jay's had some time off work, so I've been on the computer maybe once. Not going to bother catching up on all the workouts, squats felt really good this week though. Some days I've been in a deficit, others not, I'm not really worried about tracking, so hopefully it all evens out to about maintenance. It usually does.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Forgot to mention interesting things:
I tried Halo Top, slightly different texture than regular ice cream, but pretty awesome substitute.
They put a Five Guys in local-ish town. We were going to go the other day but it was 5pm, and it had just opened so it was super packed. Sometime when it's not meal rush, and new we'll get over there though.
Also, deadlifts today felt so much better with the extra calories recently.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Thanks!
Still haven't gotten there yet, I wish I could like, right now. I want a burger so bad, and fries. Craving fries big time. lol.
They only had vanilla, chocolate, and birthday cake. Not a big b-day cake fan, and Jay got the vanilla which I actually liked better than the chocolate. I doubt the store will get a bigger selection, they just have a few in the organic section, which won't get enough people buying it to get them to sell more. I want the mint kind. Mint's my favorite ice cream.
I got my C4 Ultimate, and a couple other goodies. A sample of their amino acid supp, and a bottle of C4 on the go. I got reviews up for the aminos and Ultimate so far, if anyone's interested:

Oh, and I've been doing more DB work since we have the plate ones here. Heavy shoulder presses have kicked my ass, lol. So much more effort trying to keep the weights stable, and lift them. Figure it'll help balance out my arm strength while I'm able to, but it's been fun doing something a little different.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Yeah, we just get chains that risk getting butchered by the lack of experienced cooks. We have a Buffalo Wild Wings I won't bother with because of all the reviews of cold wings, and the fact they don't let you order rarer burgers. I like well done, but if that's the only option, it typically means the beef is chit.
Yeah that's about as far as ours, but since that's the closest town we're out there a lot for food shopping, and whatnot. Just gotta get there when it's in between the high traffic meal times. I get anxious going to new eatery places (new places in general really), when it's packed, that's a bit much.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Five Guys can be hit or miss. There was one around the corner from my apt when I lived in DC, but they were terrible. They ran out of hamburger buns and gave us burgers wrapped in foil. Srs.
The one in the Airport though was pretty good. You can't help the hopeless.

Srs I love my crispy fries.
Sticking to non fast food options to be safe, lol.
Doesn't sound too bad.
Quick Update: In FL now, socializing is draining, lol. Got in a good leg day yesterday, heavy deads, and squats, then rdls and front squats. I figured out an issue I'm having with my hips, and when I explained it to a powerlifter down here he said I should see a chiro for an alignment. Because my feet don't feel right when they're evenly placed.
Hope everyone's doing well. Sorry no time for journal catch up.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

You need to, ASAP! Their burgers are huge topped with all the juicy goodness you desire, and cheese! I get mine with bbq sauce and mushrooms HNNNGGGG. I'll get two big cheeseburgers and the large fry (prob a 5kcal meal lmao) and even after I tear through that whole thing I sit on my couch and lick the leftover cheese off the foil like the animal that I am.
