100mg of caffeine is a nice amount of uppers to get you through a grueling workout or even a long day at work when the clock seems to move slowest.

Just ordered 6 tubs of Ergo BCAA a few months ago and was very impressed with the flavoring. Put some caffeine in that and you have a winning combo! I could really use a mid day healthy pick me up for when I am at the office.
