    Left trap and left delt are smaller than right

    i'm right handed. my left arm has always been weaker as i never use it as much as i do my right. my left trap and my left delts are smaller. in general my left arm muscles are smaller, but those are the ones i notice the most.

    would i just do more sets for delts and traps with my left arm or how would you go about equalizing them?
