    Talking 11 months Transformation

    Hello BB community!

    I'd like to thank you for your support, specially to the user "carlifter", and I'd like to ask you what do you think I should do now (You are probably sick of this question, but anywayzz). Keep cutting or start bulking?

    I live in Chile so my summer starts in december, so I wouldn't mind bulking now.

    I think I trained everybody part 3 times a week while dieting to lean down in the first months.
    But now I train 5 times a week doing compound exercises and isolation.

    Awesome work. I think your arms could use some more emphasis as they started out on the smaller side. Your abs/low body fat is spot on. I say keep on keeping on with a lean bulk and emphasis on your tris/bis

    Thank you! I didn't take a pic of my flexed arms, but I think my chest/traps/calves are lagging.
    Im fkn weak hahah, I've never tried my 1 rep max:
    Inclined Bench press: 110 lbs x 6 reps. (I do 3 warm up sets before that)
    Deadlift: 200 lbs x 6 reps (3 warm up sets before)
    Squat: 220 lbs x 6 reps lbs (warm up too)
