Yeah man..we both need to seriously have a 2-3 months maintenance log after RFL runs. We both tend to let things slip too much.

I have to be careful with maintenance, as the springtime taught me.

Moving into "maintenance mode" turned into "devour everything in sight mode" after about two weeks which led me right back here to make yet another RFL cutting log.

Not sure I can do maintenance.

I've found that in order for me to be successful I always need a goal. I would just like that goal for once to be bulking and eating to put on muscle instead of always dieting or letting myself go into full on pig out mode which tends to happen when I don't have a clearly defined goal.

True, just get tired of the mind games, especially on such a restrictive diet, but it is what it is.

Barely got two hours of sleep last night.

Taking a break from lifting today. Gonna try and go do some light cardio and mobility work today instead. Just don't have the energy or motivation to push my usual hard weight workout today.

Will pick it back up tomorrow.
