    Total beginners do their best when bulking on a proven fullbody routine. I suggest you look into all pros or fierce 5 in the stickies, they are both great routine and are made for total newbies!

    Assuming you're a beginner, then choose a program with a lot of compound exercises, and focus on progressing with those compound exercises. You'll gain a lot of mass and strength with them. Take a look at the stickies, Fierce 5, Starting strength, ICF 5x5 are all good.
