Day 8. Back with green apple.
Good back workout using green apple project F.
deadlifts -
sumo pulls -
bb rows -
stiff leg deadlifts -
db rows
Hit these with about 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps. One thing I learned , which , I suspected all along was that my hips/hams are on the weaker side. The pump/soreness was quite intense. Working on these weaknesses plus more mobility should help my deadlifts.
Just signed up for my next PL meet in October. Perhaps project F will be out to help my prep.AnimalPak Project F Log:

Final Review: Project F.
I'm honored to again test another animal product. Thanks and here is my feed back as I have completed project F.
FLAVOR:: fruit punch. 6. Green apple. 7. I was honestly not a big fan of the flavors. I found the fruit punch a bit too bitter and the green apple sour, and coated my pallet too much.
ENERGY: 9. Each time I took project F I had some sort of an energy increase. Some days it was very strong and noticeable. Other days it was a gradual increase. As far as energy goes project F did not let me down.
PUMPS: 10. Awesome! I had some truly amazing pumps from project F especially when paired with the proper pre workout meal. The great pumps and fullness I got was truly my favorite aspect of project F.
As far as the product goes, I'd like to see maybe some more flavors or tweeks before I would by it. I mean the flavors were ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it like I would with rage. Having said that. The effects of this product do out weigh the taste, but for now I'd stick with rage xl all day long, and shock therapy as a pump pre workout.
Hope my review will help!

Good review... ya I agree, it needs some work before it is released. I have said it numerous times, I think the Fruit Punch flavor needs to be a cherry or something. I get the need for a sour flavor to work with the aminos, but I don't quite think that fruit punch is the vessel for it.
I did however enjoy the apple! My Project F ATP log:
