    Want to put in a solid three days before my flight to Vegas on Thursday.
    My left shoulder was really bothering me during the behind-the-neck overhead pressing today. Hope this is an issue that can heal on it's own. :/
    Final weigh-in for my group's weight loss competition is tomorrow. Hope I continue the trend of making progress each week throughout.

    Workout Notes
    Getting back into the swing of things this week.
    I am battling a cold or some sort of illness. I acquired a sore throat on the flight home on Monday. Yesterday, my nose was very runny. Today, my nose is running and I've developed a cough. Working through it, but I don't feel strong at all this week.
    I brought this on myself... Definitely did not get enough sleep over the weekend. Been struggling to fall asleep each night this week, as well.
    Shoulder bothered me a bit on Tuesday. Worked through it. Incline flyes are the worst agitator.
    Felt a great pump yesterday.

    Hi Bow,
    Great workouts, as usual.

    Unfortunately, I hurt my knee over the weekend.
    Badly!

    I will take at least one week of resting.
    Maybe two.

    I really overworked my body, and woke up in the morning with a knee that hurt like crazy. Could't bend it or put my foot down. It is better now, but I am in no shape to do any kind of exercise.

    I will continue to log daily, but no exercise, so I will focus on good nutrition and essential supplements... and check in here to envy your workouts

    I see you still have supps. Good for you. I shared some tubs with some friends and I am almost empty over here

    It's all good though.

    My legs are sore tonight
    I think it's because I am walking "funky"
    Knee feels a bit better
    Need more time to heal well
