Back on the grind!
Had a Remicade Infusion last Friday and was unable to lift.
Slacking on cardio again lately...
Basketball tomorrow night to get me back on track!
Felt pretty strong the last two days, despite being tired.
Spring is the busy season at work... Need to work on getting to bed earlier!

I've always felt I lose weight more quickly when I have five to six small meals a day, rather than IF. BUT -- I also believe it's important to get those meals in earlier in the day. Five to six meals between waking up, and a ten-hour feeding window. I try to shut it off in the evening.... Just my personal experience.

Oh, there's a 6pack in there.
I just have to remove the somewhat-thin layer of fluff that's sitting right on top of it.
There was cheese on there.
I melted a cheese stick and dumped it between the lettuce layers, along with some mustard.
There was also a thick slice of Portobello in there.
Tasted amazing!

Since I am the one who started this thread, I think it is fair that I explain why I will not post in here anymore.
Champion Performance is a great supplement brand that offers solid supplements.
It has been a privilege for me to work together with James, SixPack, Bow, and Low here on the forums for a year.
Yes, this month it will have been a year since I joined the team.
It has been a great ride, and I have nothing but respect for every single one of them.
The company has decided to focus most of its marketing efforts outside of the forums, while it will keep a good amount of its products right here in the store.
For obvious reasons, I will no longer post my workouts in this thread. I assume that none of the other guys will post in here on a regular basis, either. I will continue to post on my daily log, as I had been doing since I joined the forums. Company rep or not, I will always enjoy sharing my nutrition, exercise, and supplement experiences as I continue on my journey.
I will continue to use Champion Performance products as often as I have a chance.
My top two most favorite products are the Pure Whey Plus and the Syn Matrix.

Echoing these sentiments.
Champion Performance has decided to no longer support a Forum Rep Team.
They offer some solid products.
I believe they intend to cater more towards "athletes" than bodybuilders or weight-lifters in their future. We shall see!
It has been a wonderful experience!!! We all part on good terms with Champion Performances' HQ.
