Probably costs twice as much here but as far as I'm concerned it's the best source of protein and iron. I try to buy only grass fed steak. It tastes better, simple as that.
Unless you take the time to properly vacuum seal a bag for the freezer it never tastes as good as buying it fresh. Plus I like the idea of eating in about 20 minutes and don't want to bother with thawing. 5 mins or so to heat up the pan while salting and seasoning steaks, cook them 3-4 mins a side, and about 6-7 mins to rest.

Gold medal game last night was legit. Regulation doesn't decide it, sudden death overtime doesn't decide it, first round shootout doesn't decide it, then USA wins in 2nd round shootout. Those gals can really play. Five on Team Canada played for the University of Wisconsin, four for Team USA.

I used to be pretty timid of fasted workouts with any significant amount of volume and intensity, but quite frankly my appetite is thriving a bit more where it felt pretty lacking prior. This is even after a daily morning walk also fasted. I did have a modest glass of milk in between tbh, but that's the first time.

Not sure why you're nuthugging the slob and no way is he getting anywhere near that time at 300+ with a truck sized spare tire.
I doubt it and he doesn't look like a professional athlete. Without a jersey you'd think he spent all his time hammer curling boxes of Krispy Kreme.
There are plenty of NFL players with ridiculous stats and impressive physiques. He's not one of them.

Agreed. He's in his 40s now so it's probably coming to an end but 7x Arnold Classic champ and 4x WSM winner (6x runner up) are incredible achievements.
For many years WSM was more geared toward endurance rather than pure strength like the Arnold which is why Mariusz Pudzianowski had the edge. More recently he's had to compete against 6'8" monsters like Shaw and Hafthor and when it comes down to the stones they're too good.
He can retire and still earn a good living looking like this.

I have no idea on other the other lifts but you're right on the 500+ number for his bench.
ha ha just stating the facts, you'd get crushed by Richie. The 4.84 time is official regardless of what your lil aussie eyes tell ya, and at 319 pounds. There's a reason he's an All Pro and set to make over 6 mil this year.
Here's what he does to a 6'3 255 lb NFL Linebacker, imagine how far he'd toss a rugby squirt

Keep fantasizing about chubby Richie if it helps you sleep at night.
What he looks like without all the puffy pads. Just your typical Krispy Kreme fan.
"imagine how far he'd toss a rugby squirt"
Without a helmet and shoulder pads not very far and that's assuming he doesn't go into cardiac arrest after a couple of games.
