I am 5'8". My goal is to be very lean around 160, but I will probably have to go a bit lower. Just want to get to around 10% bodyfat, and then begin hard weight training again but still maintain a relatively low bf%.
Good luck on 240, man. I was 220 last june/july and got to around 190 by christmas. I got very motivated at 190 so I have been pretty good at not cheating on my diet and maintaining a good amount of exercise.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

For the past 9 weeks, 40 minutes of cardio 6 days/week. In addition to chopping wood and hauling it up in wheel barrels up the hill in the snow & wind. (some lifting, not like before yet). Down almost 3 inches. Gettin chizl. I don't weigh myself. 215~ish? Year and a half of beer, butter burgers, cheese curds + little bit older than I used to be. I used to just lift

I think I definitely lost some size, but I do actually look bigger when I am working out/in form fitting clothes. My muscles are starting to pop more than they were at 190. I will upload some pics in a couple weeks, just want to see some more progress.
Quitting the heavy lifting so I had time to dedicate myself to cardio was hard but I do not regret it now. I don't have the time or energy to do heavy lifting plus cardio so I cut out the one that was not supporting the goal i had in mind. I have noticed my heart rate got into a great range lately, I have more energy, and I just feel lighter, in general. I bought a fitbit, so I can see my resting heart rate is now in the low 50's.
Great to hear. I really enjoy doing daily cardio. I feel a lot better compared to when I used to do cardio 2-3x a week (max) and lift 5 or so times a week.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Same, there's no way I was going to do legit lifting sessions and cardio in the same day everyday, so I'm rolling with the cardio until the bier belly's gone & it's 100% chizl. So far so good. I'll still eat these though..
On the bright side, we're not millennials.

Not lifting right now besides bodyweight, abs, and fixing imbalances. I try to do 4 sets of pullups with max attempts around twice a week, and pair that with pushups. Besides that, I end my cardio session with abs and, like I said, fixing my imbalances. I've also added a lot more stretches to my daily routine to try to combat some aches and pains.

I think he made that case a long time ago when he passed Pete Sampras.
He probably made his case last night for the greatest in sport, period. He's the oldest player to win a slam in 45 years.
Obviously it's difficult to compare athletes from individual sports with those in team sports. How many rings does Jordan win without Pippen, Phil Jackson, etc? How many Super Bowls does Brady win without Belichick and a strong roster?
So if you compare him to someone like Tiger in golf, he's had the better career given Woods hasn't won a major in 9 years. Phelps would also be up there with 23 gold medals over 4 Olympics.

In Europe and just about everywhere outside the US, those sports aren't that important. It's all about football (soccer). You've watched the World Cup. Over a billion people tune in.
I'm sure Federer and Nadal probably had ambitions to play football but their parents pushed them into tennis.
What I will say is while someone from another sport might be able to come over to those team sports and have some success playing under a system with a strong roster to carry them along, no one is stepping into tennis from another sport and having any success. I doubt they'd win a single match. It's too competitive.

Bastian Schweinsteigerrrrrrr
Manuel Neuer
Also I can't leave out hockey..
Wha? Guys like me and lenco would always beat guys (@tennis) that were on the tennis team. Even a little in college. Most were (or would) be cut from the season's primary sport, let alone "have success".DR. 3time

I'd never heard of Culver's until recently on the radio. There are a few locations somewhat near my work. none near my house. Perhaps one day I'll try it.
Glad to see him win, especially over Nadal.
