I'm pretty much exclusively low incline for bench now. I still hit the flat from time to time, if I'm feeling froggy.

Training talk:
My gym has a belt squat machine, which i tried out. Seems good for being able to hit legs after deadlifts without overtaxing your lower back.
Also, seated DB shrugs are superior to standing. Something about having to bring the DB's out and around your thighs seems to hit better IMOI don't know either lol

Did heel elevated Barbell Hack Squats today for the first time. Never tried them before as it seemed awkward, but form was brilliant. I can vision a lot of progression from this. Only concern is back stress as the weight gets heavier over the months, but that's probably a good thing.
