Heard of it, don't know what it is. Are you new to lifting, or you know what you're doing?
Guess we'll find out today if my metric worked and I correctly picked both participants in the Championship game. Ain't that something, different game, same result. However I'll be in a better position if N. Carolina loses (provided Gonzaga wins the early game).DR. 3time

It's a power/hypertrophy routine. I generally make my own routines but decided to try a 6 day modified version of PHAT.
I've been lifting for a little while, but have taken a year of in the past which has made really not progress as much as I should have. Not making that mistake again.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Correct. Seems to be pretty highly regarded so decided to give it a go instead of making my own 5-6 day routine.
Gonna make a new log either today or tommorrow. Basically gonna lean out another 10 or so pounds so I start my bulk as lean as possible, then slowly clean bulk up. Everyone ITT better sub to my log Also, throw your links down if you have logs or make some anytime. I'm always up to sub to a new log.Last edited by Bodybuild3; 04-01-2017 at 03:03 PM.

They definitely look better right now. I think Durant is estimated to come back a couple games before playoffs so that will be interesting to see. I think they make it to the finals. Spurs and Rockets just don't seem to have enough to go head to head with themDonate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Was a close one, terrible officiating again in a Championship.
I came in a second, but that's ok, I have the most Championships in the league by far, they knows whos boss. New boy won his first, good for him. Neither team played great I thought. N. Carolina looked better earlier in the year but still was good enough.DR. 3time

Whats up Manly. Hope you have been well as well as everyone else in here.
Still working out as work and life allows. Still trying new beer and breweries.
I have been working a lot, traveling some, but hoping to travel again soon. Not sure what I updated before but I went to New Orleans, it was fun. Wouldn't live there, but it was fun.
Then I flew to Nashville, it was a lot of fun. I could possibly live there. Plus they had a Chicago style deli there that made Italian beef, which is one of my favorite things about Chicago. It tasted just as good as in Chicago.
Spent the day in Baltimore last weekend, probably go to DC for a day or weekend sometime. Not sure where the next flight will be to yet, thinking maybe Florida, just a different area than I have been before.
Work is busy, business is good. No kids. No other major developments. Just working and living life.
Hope everyone has been good.Have you done something today to take yourself to the next level?
Always thinking of making $$ crew
Help Others. Be Humble. Life is Great.

Curious if any of you guys use Glucosamine and have noticed benefits?
PG seems to be stepping up in the final stretch of the season. Averaging 28.7/7.1/3.6 on .465 FG% in the last 10 games.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

um yeah, Trump keeps this up he's going to lose his core base real fast. Then he'll have real problems. Remember, Obama planned a fake chemical attack in 2012. Hopefully we get better perspective/explanation soon, but not counting on it.
You should get on a full body program using barbell exercises and lose the db incline and the like, broseph.DR. 3time

Well your thread title says lean bulk, if that's your intentions a novice should be Barbell Back Squatting, Barbell Bench Pressing, Overhead Pressing etc multiple times a week with a progression plan. And leaving out the 1-Arm Tricep reverse Pushdown (did I read that right?)
