    Can you name me some high sweet low calerie desserts?

    Or recipes?

    This is what always takes me over my calorie limit ie my sweet tooth.

    Ive completely solved this with what I drink ie there are loads of sugar free fizzy drinks and cordials.

    But for desserts, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream etc the options are really poor.

    Im not the type of guy that can just eat dark chocolate and be ok.

    Im also a lousy cook.

    So I need simple recipes I can make that taste nice.



    I like chocolate, chocolate bars, biscuits, sweets, and vanilla ice cream.


    Im fully open to using splenda and sugar substitutes

    you can use protein powder to made things like brownies, muffins, pancakes, cookies etc. There are thousands of recipients on youtube or on google that you can find for these.

    Pudding is an option. You can also try 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 egg, 1 tsp of baking powder and make pancakes with that & then add sugar free syrup on top.

    This isn't exactly a dessert to most people and isn't necessarily very low calorie. But if you like sweet stuff but want to make healthier choices that fill you up more whilst still tasting good, pick up a variety of different fruits and see what you enjoy. Mangoes are especially delicious. I love pink lady apples, sharon fruit, cherries, bananas and black grapes too. If you think you don't enjoy "boring" standards like apples and oranges, try something different.

    If your local grocery store or Walmart carries the brand chapman , there's chapman's frozen yogurt which is pretty satisfying for 100 calories for I think it was 1 cup or maybe half a cup, the fancier ones like rock road is only 150 calls and its amaaaaaazing I used to have it all the time while cutting

    SF jello is a good option.

    What about berries/fruit? You get a lot of berries or apple for 200 calories.
