    5:00 am workouts what to supplement when???

    I workout out at 5:00am. Can anyone give me advice on what to supplement before an early morning workout, during the workout and post workout? Most supplement plans assume mid day or afternoon workouts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Pre Workout: Coffee (or nothing if you don't need any caffeine)
    Intra Workout: Water
    Post Workout: Breakfast

    This is how I started (but I prefer tea to coffee).

    For me the best thing that early in the morning is simply a coffee. Or any other pre-workout that contains caffeine should do you pretty good. I can't move without my caffeine
