Hey Guys...
Happy almost Friday
I'm going to be finished my current program in 2 weeks.
What is a great program for me to do next?
Id like to focus on getting that very muscular look, also something with super-sets which seem to work well for my body.
I don't do shrugs though, so not interested in that.
I know me saying that muscular look is so vague, but I guess I just mean muscular lean mass.
Thoughts?

Barbell bench 45 lbs each side + 45 lbs bar
Dumbell bench 65 lbs
Deadlifts 70 lbs each side + 45 lbs bar
Squat 35 lbs each side +45 lbs bar (ass to grass)
Overhead press 20 lbs each side + 45 lbs bar
Upright Rows 70 lbs barbell
Skullcrushers 75lbs barbell
Bicep dumbell curls 35 lbs perfect form
