JYM Pre JYM, Cherry Limeade Itching
Hello,
I am a rookie to the lifting and supplement world. Has anyone experienced itching during and after taking the Pre Jym? My itching last for roughly two hours. Is this normal or should I stop taking this product? Please Help! Thank you.

Once your body gets saturated enough with the beta alanine, the itching feeling will go away.

I LOVE the itching. Mostly in my ears. RIP itches.

You're just gonna have to get used to it or take half a scoop.
First few times I tried C4 which has less ingredients and stims I felt like I was gonna die. Now I can take 2-3 scoops of it and just sweat & feel fine. I've never noticed many of the beta tingles but I guess they wore off fast.
I've taken Pre-Jym for a while and never had any trouble with it other than bloating but nearly everything gets me bloated.*HTC* crew
