Log number... I've lost count.
Since the last one I've been maintaining fairly well and still exercising, so no big deal but I needed time to relinquish some days of calorie and macro counting and just chill out although most days I still kept a rough count.
It would feel great to finally get below the dreaded 200s, I feel like I've been on the borderline forever now.
Starting height: 6'4"
Starting weight: 205-210
Goal 1: 197
Goal 2: 191
Goal 3: 186
Goal 4: 182
Goal protein: 200g/day
Goal calories: 1600/avg
