    A bit worried I'm not doing it right?

    I've been doing the keto diet (5%/70%/25%) for the past 2 weeks and peeing on those fatsmack keto sticks and barely showing trace keytones and to be honest I'm kind of worried that keto isnt quite working for me? I've lost about 6-7lb but i assume most of that is water weight.

    Granted I feel fine, never really hungry much, never got that dizy feeling or keto flu people speak of. I'm still working out 5 days no problem, although I noticed my endurance has appeared to improve, my burst energy is down figuring thats from lack of carbs.

    I generally have no problem eating close to the same thing everyday, and I'm a serious creature of habit.

    workout 5days consists of
    preworkout
    focus XT+scoop of beta alanine +small bit of creatine
    10k on the treadmill takes about 50minutes
    40 minutes of lifting
    20 minutes cooldown on the eliptical

    vitamins
    adam mens multivitamin
    vit d3
    glucosamine
    vitamin C
    fish oil

    breakfast
    cup of kirkland coffee
    3 eggs
    14g coconut oil (fried eggs)
    2 strips of bacon
    30g of costco quac
    50g spinach
    45g pepperjack

    lunch
    150g asparagas or brussell sprouts
    1 polish sausage or 8oz of chicken thigh
    45g colby jack cheese
    head of romaine lettuce with mustard dressing(plain ole french's)

    dinner
    6oz of 85/15 ground beef
    150g green cabbage
    150g brocolli
    14g olive oil

    dessert keto jello makes 2 servings
    packet of sugar free jello
    120g of heavy whipping cream
    120g full fat sour cream

    roughly puts me at 2100cals
    17netCarbs/160f/135p

    I did alot of reading and everything here sounds good by my reading, but I've just read alot about people showing signs after like just the first week of keto on the pee sticks.

    thoughts?

    Hi!

    Keto sticks could be misleading. If you feel fine, and don't die by the minute in your day, it's alright!

    Also, if you're in ketosis, you're burning ketones for fuel, so, you don't necessary need to show a lot of ketones at the time.
