Still keep trucking and HemaVO2 Max has not disappointed at all. I have found that when I need that extra caffeine boost I just take 2 caps of caffeine and HemaVO2 Max and I am good to go. I have alternated between the two and to be honest this is great combo...I get a feeling that my next purchase of HemaVO2 Max I will stack with some other items and see what other benefits other than just stim boost I can get. Like I said before each time I take it, I feel the pumps till the next day, and best of all I get to sleep MUCH quicker as no caffeine is needed Will post tonights chest workout tomorrow

Ok so last night the stack of HemaVO2 Max with SizeOn is really working well especially on chest days. The pumps are sweet from beginning to end. Again took my HemaVO2 Max scoop in about 10oz of water 1/2 hour prior to hitting the gym (9:30pm). Again within 15 min or so, I could feel the "tuning" in effects that have been there since the get go. Amazingly enough they are as good as the first time I have tried it so body not really building a tolerance etc. Chest last night consisted of:
1. Sitting cable presses for warmup -- sets of 25 of 40-60-70-80lbs -- by the third set I could already feel really nice pumps!
2. Flat bench dumbbell presses -- sets of the following reps 15 at 60lbs, 12 at 75lbs, 12 - 85lbs, 2 at 8 at 95lbs, 20 reps for 60lbs.
3. Incline bench 4 sets for 20 reps at 135lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps at 185lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 225lbs
4. Wide grip bench we did for 10 reps each at 90lbs, 180lbs, 2 for 270lbs
5. Decline press using cables 4 sets of 60lbs of 20 reps (this was just enhance the pumps)
6. Finished off with tri extensions (cause I wanted to feel arm pumps as usual )
Today in the am when I woke up, still had a little bit of the pumps. Again due to not having caffeine, am able to get home and get to bed quicker without issues.Previous Logs:
