3 a days ? That's just sad... Ive done many many 2 a days, and actually the florida ones were the best, because it was too hot mid day to do anything, so we got a nice break... Ohio we trained 7am and then had a team lunch and trained again...

Lifting wise. Being two weeks out, super shredded and having little left in the tank but doing the following: 5 tri sets of bb squats, leg presses, hacks. Each set of each exercise was done in a 21 fashion. 7 reps all the way down and halfway up, 7 full, and 7 top half. Worked up to some decent wait too. Followed that with db lunges up three flights of stairs taking every other step. Got to top, set DB's down and immediately hit walking bb lunges. No break between exercises and sets. Then one rest pause set of 100 on leg extensions. I also did a bunch of hamstring work too.
My sister in law has done a few and I get tired thinking about running that much... How long ago was that EO ?

It was CRAZY to do that much cardio with intervals in the middle, and keep doing the same workout sections over and over and over for HOURS.

I couldn't walk for days. I was bone dry the next day though from all the sweating!
I get the whole "mental break down" part of training like that if you are military, or Law Enforcement, but to be an instructor ? Crazy
