Shyt night last night! Storm knocked power out. Could not get in my gate at the house. Parked car outside of the gate off to the side so it wouldn't be in the way. Ate burger by candlelight last night. Ready to go to work and walk out in my rubber boots and car stuck in mud FML!!

Well I have laptops of course. But I'm planning on finishing my bachelor's here starting soon so having the desktop and bigger screen/printer/full keyboard set up is much nicer. Plus it's wicked fast with loads of storage. Not mad.

Hmm, wife is starting an online Master's degree this fall, I should see if this is what she wants.

I just never could thrive in a "home office" type of setup. If I needed to read I could just take my laptop anywhere and do it. As for writing I have almost 10 years of forum experience and 30,000 posts so cranking out a paper on my laptop was never an issue hahaha.

Only problem was for classes using SPSS or heavy Excel, did those on my dual 17's at work or a lab.

Well, we're heading to South Lake Tahoe this Saturday to spend Father's Day with my dad and my daughter (and family). I'm so excited to see these two grandkids; last time we spent time with them was last Thanksgiving.

And what I want to do is the same as any other Sunday, if it's nice go to the beach and play some Frisbee, build a couple sandcastles, inconspicuously eyeball some HBB's and nap in the sand.
