I'm a simple dude just trying to find my way and whatnot. With that said, I have a tendency to be highly critical of myself; which can lead to me being overly self-absorbed. In recent years I've discovered the connection between judging myself, and judging others. Basically, I've found that if I try to be less judgmental towards others, it allows me to be more forgiving of myself. I know it's not a revelation or anything, but it seems to help and I just thought I'd share it for what it's worth.

Nah, its just a bunch of kumbaya bs. We live in a judgemental society whether you like to pretend you are above it or not. You are judged and judge every single person who you meet or meets you everyday. That's why you don't wear your pyjama's to the store.

Third is just a side shot. Flexing abs in this one. Lighting sucks ...

I don't think the forums are a bodybuilding site. I have a friend who is competitive bodybuilder who I am certain will one day get his pro card. He has an account here and used to post on the big misc and compete in the competitions on there. He gave up on the forums but still uses his bodyspace to track stuff right down to his forearm size, it's actually a really great tool for stuff like that and he loves it.

There's a lot of good stuff on Bodybuilding.com that is not the forums or the store. I think the forums are more for people who want to talk the talk. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, as long as you're not e-statting. The O35 is very good at culling out bullchitters - I think FLEX was the best at that back in the glory days.

Oh yea...in those 4+ years, I am 5-6lbs heavier than i was in this pic. You can definitely say I would be nothing without all those supplements

Did y'all know that buying creatine is a waste of money? You can drink your own pee and get more than enough to supplement your creatine levels. I learned that right here in the O35.

BS! I busted more posers than anyone here, damn it! (and no, I was never anywhere near the level some of you have reached, but I had a few great years at it). Remember that guy named Terry? Can't recall his screen name, but when we called him out, he actually busted himself posting a vid of NOT even clearing the bar doing something like...a 700# pull . The guy had a great physique too, but he just went overboard on claims of weight.

$hit, Hapkido! (sp?) It just came to me.

I realize you're replying to someone else, but I have much respect for this ^ admission. There have been so many here over the years that have denied it, and were FOS. That was the one thing I couldn't/can't stand when trying to give others advice, as if "eat, lift and sleep" was the end all for what they'd achieved.

Damn ID, You are HUGE. You look like you are 230-240 in those pictures. Anyway I thought I would join and maybe get a picture train going here. I have the muscle bug back in me and am going to hit the weights hard after this cut.

Not sure if serious. But will take it as a compliment either way. I used to be that guy accusin' until I realized it was me with the problem and not them.

Since this thread has gone off topic and irs being spammed with vanity posts .. here's my contribution.

I've never been lean by some of y'all's standards. . But this was last year. I got down in the 220's during the summer months. It made quite a difference in visibility of the veins.

Yeah but what attracted them to a bodybuilding site in the first place? Meaning the people who don't actually workout.
