Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum . My English is not not very good , so I'm looking at this way German-speaking colleagues . My aim is currently losing body fat .
I weigh currently 87.5 KG , am 28 years old and pursuing weight training for 3 years . Would be glad if someone reports . Otherwise, I also speak Portuguese yet if anyone can .

Currently I am doing a ULC diet .

I would generally with people entertain the motor sport love so much as I do. My English is not very good. I try it but .

Yeah, I'll message him when he's online in the next few days. He's pretty busy this week but we met off site...it was just ironic that he also had an account here.
