    Pretty crazy how much of a difference each pound makes when you hit >16%. Assuming some of that scale weight was water/glycogen you only shed like 6-7 pounds of fat.

    macros are 240g protein, 160g carbs and 70g fat

    Yeh its ridiculous. i lost about 4 lbs in the first week. mostly water obviously but that was when I saw the quickest results. After that I lost about a lb a week and the changes seemed more like fat loss, as my veins and definition slowly became more apparent each week

    OP just measure your waist at the navel and then measure your neck below the larynx and sloping downwards. Then go to a navy body fat calculator to get an idea of what your body fat is.

    In my opinion you're around 13% or so.
