    Safest Tricep Isolation Exercise?

Does anyone know what the safest tricep exercise is? Least likely to cause elbow tendonitis? Thanks in advance!

+1 on that. Use the triangle looking bar, or the rope handles.

I don't think there is a safe tricep movement if you have elbow tendonitis.
Any movement where the elbow hinges is going to effect it and i can't think of any tricep movement where the elbow doesn't hinge.
Either let it heal up or go very light with reps on try movements.
I would personally let it heal up.

This if you do have E.T ^

Otherwise, Supine grip cable pushdowns - done with the straight bar.
Supine grip will allow u to get a a lot of tension/innervation whilst using less weight and thus less chance of irritating the elbow joint. You'll still want to go down fast, but not so fast as to jam up your elbow. Utilize the eccentric with a nice slow and controlled contraction. Remember to go light

I think that what is "safest" will depend on the individual so I would suggest learning a lot of the movements and decide which ones are for you. You just need to make sure that you end up working all three heads. My son really loves overhead triceps extensions (i.e. skull crushers that go above the skull to work the 3rd head) and finds them elbow friendly for him. I think part of the reason is that it works all three heads and he finds them very effective so he doesn't have to do a lot of volume. Of course your mileage can and will vary.

All tricep exercises should be safe; it all just comes down to your form. Lower the weight, master the exercise, then increase the weight.

^ This. What aggravates your tendinitis, might not affect other people with it. When I was dealing with flare ups regularly, I had to play around with ROMs, grips, etc to figure out ones that didn't bother me.
