Just because guys with top tier genetics might achieve that doesnt mean most of us can.
Unless you are truly obsessed with the lifestyle and hitting the needle for years and upping the dose constantly you are never gonna look like legit bodybuilder.Juice only works as long as you keep pushing your limits in training and dieting and that chit is hard constantly progressing not getting into any injuries/having normal life etc etc.

I mean average doorway is around 6'5 in height (77inches) the bottom of the top hinge would be around 5'9 or so then consider the fact he is a couple steps in front of the door... plus the angle of the camera... It's not matching up. Guessing he is including his hair with gel applied + spiked up.
