    Am I doing this right?

    Going to be committing full Keto tomorrow, but wanted to try out a Keto meal to see how it came out. Went with a New York Steak Strip, Cheddar Cheese Broccoli, and Cabbage. Cooked in Canola oil. This meal seemed too good to be true ha which is why I'm here. Based off the Ankerl Keto calculator these are my supposed cal intake:

    2898 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
    40 g Carbs (6%, 160 kcal)
    149 g Protein (21%, 596 kcal)
    238 g Fat (73%, 2142 kcal)

    I think I did a lot better today. Made a triple cheddar cheese broccoli and chicken breast bake and added some ranch on top
