I don't have Instant Coffee. My method of cold brew coffee is take ~6 ounches of coffee, make them into "tea bags" (basically i just put them into coffee filters, then tie the coffee filters off to create coffee bags), throw them into a 2 quart pitcher, fill with water and let sit for 24-ish hours. But 12/10, it's amazing and I highly recommend cold brew + PWP. Didn't toss in with ice and milk, just had that **** plain.

Check my previous post for a quick recipe my cold brew coffee... and yeah, the 8 miles of longboarding wasn't the best idea since I haven't stepped on a skateboard for 2-3 years until then. I can finally walk normally and just finally got back into the gym yesterday. Before it was just yoga and stretching so I wouldn't walk with a weird limp.

5/31 - Yoga and hoping my left leg (I'm right handed but ride skateboards goofy footed) will feel better. Still tight and my achilles still has a slight ache.
6/1 -
Chest day!
Man it felt good to get back into the gym today.
Lift 1
flat bench dbell press
60 x 10
70 x 10
80 x 10 x 2
80 x 6 - failed at rep 6, just couldn't get it up for that 7th rep. Oh well, felt amazing
Lift 2
Incline dbell press
60 x 10 x 3
Lift 3
low pulley cable flies
20 lbs x 10 x 5
Lift 4
Svend press
25 lbs plate x 10 x 5
I decided to switch up my chest day a bit and try a svend press. Holy hell did my inner chest hurt. I could definitely feel the squeeze.
Lift 5
standing side crunch
45 lbs plate x 25 reps each side x 2
Sauna, no cardio or yoga yesterday. Felt great to get back into the gym. Started upping my protein intake again, relying more on a mid-morning and mid-afternoon protein shake as meal substitutes. Cut is going well. Feeling great. ASE + Glutamine in the morning is still going great. Getting to the bottom half of the glutamine and I wish the scoop had a longer handle, had to steal a longer 5g scoop from a different supplement I had around for easy scooping. So far I suppose that's my only complaint about the supplements I've received. I'm almost through my second bottle of ASE as well (that **** goes fast when both my girlfriend and I are using it in the morning).Workout Log:

6/2
Back day!
Deadlift
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 10
315 x 5
365 x 0 - got it about an inch off the ground
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
120 x 12 x 5
150 x 6 x 3
T-bar row (barbell shoved into corner, so all weight is plates)
75 x 15 x 5
125 x 8 x 3
Back hyperextensions
25 x 4
Dumbbell Curl
25 x 15 x 4
35 x 8 x 3
Reverse Grip cable curl
80 x 12 x 4
No cardio, ankle all jacked up from longboarding still. Also out of ASE, definitely noticing some what of a difference for energy levels.
6/3 -
No workout, did hot yoga (free yoga on the first friday of the month at my gym) instead.
12/10, needed it
6/4
Boulders day!
Was gonna do triceps with a buddy on 6/5 so just did shoulders instead of the normal split
Standing barbell overhead press
95 x 12
115 x 10
135 x 7
95 x 10 x 3
Dbell lateral raises
25 x 10 x 6
Face Pulls
100 x 10 x 6
Front raises
25 lbs x 10 x 3
variation:
grab 45 lbs plate, cheat to get it up completely over head, and then really struggle on the negative, goal was 5-10 seconds.
3 sets of 5 reps with 5-10 second negatives
pulley lateral raises
10lbs x 10 x 3 - shoulders are fried
wide grip upright row
75 x 10 x 3
dumbbell rear delt fly
25 x 10 x 3
30 x 10 x 3
barbell shrugs
225 x 10 x 3
135 x 30 x 3
Deadlift because a friend motivated me to hit 365
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 3
365 x 1 - NEW PR, **** YEAH
225 x 5 x 3 (form work)
leg raises
25 reps x 2
reverse dragon flags
5 reps then crying
6/5
Was supposed to do triceps, could barely move, so did yoga and longboarded for about 3 miles, ankle was on fire. Decided that rest and taping it would be the trick.
6/6
Heating pad and icy hot on my ankle
Supplements:
out of ASE, so my current supplements has been PWP + glutamine in a morning shake with cold brew coffee, a mid-morning PWP shake and then a post-workout PWP shake. I *LOVE* the PWP + cold brew coffee. I highly recommend it to anybody looking to change up their protein.
Oh yeah, current weight: 182.X lbs.
Feelin' good, gettin' lean and makin' some sick gainz. I'd really like to thank Champion for the supplements and motivating me to keep this log, even if I've sorta dropped off with interactions lately. Life's been kinda hectic lately, but I'm workin' towards my fitness goals.Workout Log:

Thank you very much for running this log.
I've enjoyed every post and I am sure glad you put these supplements to good use.
Thanks for being consistent and sharing your progress.
Sure hope you'd log for Champion Performance in the future.
In the meantime, keep grinding, enjoy whatever is left of your supps , but do keep an eye on that ankle. Listen to a dude who had a major ankle injury before and is still recovering from it, two years later. Yes, that would be me
Thanks again, buddy.
See you around.

Whoo boy, let's start this off with my last leg lift on 6/7. I was a lazy bastard 6/8 & 6/9, but on the 10th I managed to get some longboarding in in the 95 degree heat and took yesterday off to just relax and recover for the week.
6/7
LEGS! (with a bad ankle)
Squats!
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 10 - ankle started to hurt here, so I stopped going up
Front squats
95 x 10 x 3
Lying leg curls
90 x 12
110 x 10
130 x 8
150 x 6 x 3
Leg extensions!
150 x 12 x 3
190 x 8 x 3
Squat press
270 x 10 x 3
hobbled on into the locker and called it a day.
With that being said, I think this'll be my last update. I'm on the bottom 3rd of my PWP and Glutamine and I'm out of ASE.

Closing thoughts:
I really appreciate the chance for this log, and the opportunity provided by BBowsh and Champion for running this promo. It allowed me to try out some products I'd otherwise not try (I'm stuck in my ways and habits, sue me :P) and help me open myself up to criticism and discussion in running this log. I hope you guys continue to follow or occasionally comment on my other log since I'll be back to posting in there and picking it up there. Thanks again to anyone who's contributed to discussion and to Champion Performance for the supps!Workout Log:
