First things first, I'd like to thank Bowsh and Champion for running this promo. I'm excited to try these products and get this log rolling.
About Me:
I've been lifting "hard" for about 6 or so years now. I was always in sports in high school but never really worked out. Going to college, I was tired of being overweight and started hanging out with a powerlifter. I've been yo-yo'ing ever since then. I'd get some good progress, then life would happen and working out get pushed to the side. But now that I'm out of school, I've been pushing hard and making good progress. So join me on this sponsored log as I review these products and try not to be a fatty anymore. Word of warning, I'll be out of town and away from a computer May 20th-23rd, but I'll be sure to log any workouts or experiences and update when I get back.
My split:
Back/Biceps
Shoulders/Triceps
Legs
Chest
My stack
Amino Shooter Edge - Citrus Crush
Power Glutamine - Unflavored
Pure Whey Plus - Chocolate Brownie
Link to pictures otherwise using the IMG tag they make annoyingly large pictures :\
Stack:

Plan:
Upon waking I'll take ASE + PG along with some greens and fiber as a morning shake to help get me going and I'll be taking PWP after workouts. Other supplements include Vitamin D3 and Fish oil. That's it. Calories will be below 2000 but until I get back from my trip, no specific diet will occur.
Let's get this rollin'!
Quick initial thoughts/review of the products after 3 days of using 'em.
ASE: The flavor is like lemon-lime gatorade, but a tad sweeter. The sweetness caught me off guard as I wasn't expecting it, but it mixes easily, tastes great and goes down well. The BCAA ratio of 8:1:1 seems standard.
PG: mixes easily and there is no detectable chemical taste when mixing it in with the ASE.
PWP: Holy cow is the chocolate brownie taste delicious and it mixes easily.

After tire flips came time to take my post workout which was the Pure Whey Plus - 1 scoop. Should start stepping up to 2 scoops after working out. But overall I wasn't starving as I felt the ASE + Glutamine helped carry me through the workout. The PWP mixed easily and went down quite well. Seriously, the chocolate brownie flavor is so good.
Sauna for 15 minutes.
Since it was my birthday, calories didn't matter and I got a little tore up. Sunday was recovery day where I didn't work out and just slept. However the morning ASE + Glutamine shake I did probably helped with my hangover. 4/10, would probably do again despite how much I hate myself for it right now. Oh well, time to get back on the discipline train.Workout Log:

In and subbed.
I hadn't considered taking the ASE early on in the morning. I limited my thinking to using it strictly for an intra-workout drink. Your thread already has me thinking. I should definitely experiment with taking it different times of the day.
I like the way you hammered it on those lat pulldowns.

ASE is more than a BCAA, has a comprehensive energy blend with caffeine and taurine as well as 1.7 g of EAA's. It can boost a pre workout too, sometimes I use 1 scoop Turbulence and 1 scoop of ASE for an epic pump!!
I got a bench press PR on my birthday so it always tends to bring out the best of meGabber Crew since 2005

So yesterday was the usual ASE + Glutamine in the AM, and finishing off the day with a PWP shake, but sadly no workout. The girlfriend was too tired which convinced me to do some light meal prep, get caught up on Game of Thrones and get some yoga work in and some abs.
Yoga:
I personally use DoYogaWithMe.com, free classes, tons of variety. Classed link is a calm, slow flow. I figured it'd help me stretch and get into the sleep mode. It seemed to work as I got a full 8 hours last night and didn't wake up once.
https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/stretch-and-bend
Abs:
1 minute plank
30s rest
1 minute plank
30s rest
1 minute plank
30s rest
1 minute plank
30s rest
1 minute plank
300 twists
And then I drank my PWP and went to sleep.Workout Log:

l have not done yoga but very keen on incorporating it into my routine specially because I've heard it lessens risk of injury.

Just thought I would add that I think your numbers on lateral raises are impressive. the first time I ever tried lateral raises, I actually thought to myself, "How hard can these things be?"
Turns out, they can be very hard for the untrained.
Most I've ever done for reps was 25lbs, and that was very short lived as I hurt my arm (not from the raises, lol) and haven't been able to do lateral raises at all for over a month. Just starting to get back into it now, picked up the 20s, and got in a measley 8 reps. Last time I did raises with 20s I got in like 15 reps on the first set. Hopefully those delts just need a little time to get back to where they were.

Shoulder presses and pushdowns are looking very strong. All those sets with the 30's on lateral raises is also very impressive!

Oh man, I started out on 10's and 15's. Lateral raises were the biggest ego check for me ever. I've been working on on rear delts and lateral delts as they're definitely a weakness. I probably cheated a little bit in that I had my arms slightly bent, but yeah, I was super happy at the weight I was raisin'.

Oh it definitely helps, getting that flexibility up, stretching your muscles so they have plenty of room to grow... I should go back to at least 1 dedicated day a week to yoga and there are a ton of free yoga resources out there. I use DoYogaWithMe.com and then another person on YouTube, yoga with adriene.

5/11 Workout
Chest day brah!
First things first, I know you're gonna be like "But Fatty! You just did shoulders and triceps yesterday! You gotta give them time to rest!" and I'm going to say "Uh... yup. Girlfriend wanted to do chest, specifically the last workout of 4Weeks2Shred chest day and I couldn't talk her out of it." So I suffered through it and lemme say, I had a somewhat disappointing workout. Such is life. While my numbers are decent, they're not what I wanted them to be nor what they could've been. And again I quit early because she wasn't feeling well. I think I'm going to have to just get her a feeding tube for the day, as I think her problem is under eating. Anyways the lift!
Warmup:
Incline Barbell bench
135 x 10 reps, realllllllyyyyyyyy slow.
185 x 5 reps because I thought I could wail out 10, but my shoulders got fatigued ASAP
Incline Barbell Working set:
165 x 10 / 165 x 5
165 x 10 / 135 x 10
135 x 20, failed on 19 and had to get help on rep 20
Cybex Chest press machine:
130 x 10 / 130 x 5
130 x 10 / 90 x 10
90 x 20
Incline dumbbell fly
(workout called for cable flies, but all 3 cable fly machines + the pec deck were taken!)
25 x 15
30 x 15
30 x 15
rep scheme here was changed because by this point I was feeling demoralized and decided to just struggle through and get it in, because some work is better than no work, right?
Since I wasn't feeling the hottest I decided to rock some chest dips, nothing special, just 3 sets of 10 reps each.
And then the lady was definitely feeling unwell at this point and just wanted to leave. So we left, no cardio or sauna.Workout Log:

5/11 Supplements:
ASE + Glutamine in the AM, nothing new to report. Got used to the lemon-lime sweetness, and lovin' it. I've been having to share with the girlfriend so I think I'll be out of ASE sooner than expected, which no worries, I'll just buy another tub. Tt tastes good and it definitely helps me get through the mornings, lately I've been playing with fasting and trying to only eat between noon-6ish PM and a post workout shake.
PWP: Still in love with the chocolate brownie batter shake. been drinking 2 a day now, 1 in the mid-afternoon and 1 after my workout. Feelin' good and I'm not ravenous when I wake up in the morning.Workout Log:
