Hello guys! I would like to share my tips for workout motivation
1. The first thing i do before workout is listening to this video youtube.com/watch?v=PNidnQ21BdA
2. I will concentrate a little bit, then prepare my clothes and my bag.
3. After a while i take my pre-workout and keep listening to the Workout Motivation mix.
4. And the last step, think about your workout you are going to do, concentrate and keep listening to the mix.
5. Keep listening to the mix and go workout
