    Potassium/Atkins shakes

    What's up guys. How do you keep your potassium levels up on keto? The Atkins shakes have a decent amount and only 1 net carb but seems like everyone on the site says they nock you out of keto aka put weight on.

    I've been doing a lot of research into potassium because I've been in usual & bad mental shape lately and people have told me it might be because of electrolytes. (social anxiety, trembling, trouble focusing, etc.)
    So far I've seen NoSalt/LoSalt recommended, it has a lot of potassium instead of sodium. Just eat a few teaspoons of that. I can't find it in the supermarkets here though.
    Also avocado for natural potassium.
    Or just get "potassium powder". I think there's some BulkSupplements offering this for cheap.

    Pills are **** because they are limited to 99mg and you need like 2000+, and 20 pills are bad for your stomach. Also the $$$ adds up quickly.

    Seeds, spinach, red meats, chard, avocados and nuts are all good sources of potassium

    Also, being kicked out from ketosis don't make you gain weight/fat/water weight! It only could reduce your energy levels quite a bit and reduce the adaptation from ketogenic diet.

    These things, and Atkins products suck. Do they still have the Red and Blue dyes in them??? Sugar alcohols as well... Just terrible. The fat and protein source sucks as well.
