Use for top band pegs on the top of a rack

I was wondering if anyone here uses band pegs on the top of your rack and beyond assistance for bench and squat are there any other benefits/exercises that they offer if I already have a lat pulldown machine?

Reverse band BP would be the only use I would see. And I haven't done those in 10 years.

So you're saying there is a use Thanks for the info, I was trying to think of a reason to need them and just couldn't find one so I wanted to make sure I wasn't forgetting something (or lacking the knowledge of other reasons)

Reverse band squats and it is a great place to put collars when you are changing weight.

Ignoring lockout work for any of the 3 big lifts, all that I can think of are variation of lying rows where you face the ceiling & supported chin ups/pull ups as stated before.

You can hang bands, place a curl bar in it & use as a way to "drop" the bar after a curl set, lol.

    Lifts no one cares about:
SQ: 619x1 (suit bottoms, no belt) / 507x1 (raw, no belt)
    BP: 392x1 (pause bench, raw)
DL: 500x1 (suit bottoms, no belt)

face pulls if you can get the angle right? you could simply hang olympic rings maybe and do some stuff like that? (though the pull up bar is probably better)

maybe you could do some tricep extensions from your knees as well, hard to say.

Used them in the past specifically on benches (deloads bottom of lift and unloads through top). Never done it with squats. Probably could think of some other tangential uses. I don't miss them but wouldn't mind having the option. Don't know that I'd trade/pay much for it but I like to have options as you never know when you might want to try something for a bit or come up with a use.
