First off i'd like to thank Bow and all the Champion Performance Reps. Really excited to get this log going and log some supplements I have been interested in. Already have tried a few containers of Champion Whey and has moved into my everyday supplementation.
About Me
I was pretty overweight through highschool and college and one day I decided to change after being called fat all the time. Started running and starved my self for awhile and got down to 170 from 230 lbs. Then a friend got me into lifting and I have been in the gym for 7 years now. Usually 5 days a week, but this year so far I have only been out of the gym two days.Gained alot muscle and got back up to 220 lbs totally transforming my body.I'm highly motivated and it's hard to keep me away from the gym. Nutrition has really became big for me since I am cutting down again. Usually carb up one day a week( usually Sunday or before heavy leg day) and aim for 230 g of protein. Right now I have got down to 192lbs from 218 lbs since January, but have been stuck at 192 lbs for a few weeks. Usually mix my training up with drop sets/supersets and high and low reps. Still believe in going heavy when cutting
Training Split
Back/Bi's
Shoulders/Abs
Legs
Chest/Tri's
I usually do atleast 20 minutes of cardio after every day of training and do calves a few times a week. Sometimes I also mix up the training split and throw in a arm day, since I have been lifting 6-7 days a week depending how I feel. Excited to get this loo rolling as soon as the supplements arrive. I would like to thank every for following in advance. This should be fun!

While you wait for your supps to arrive, you can take a look HERE if you want, and if you have any favorite ways to serve your whey protein, perhaps you can share one or two.
Looking forward to following your progress on the log, especially once your supps arrive.

Notes
2nd le day this week and it went pretty well. Tired to begin, but woke up quickly with the amino shooter edge. The Blue Raspberry tasted great. Mixed in 18-20 ounces of water and wasn't too sweet. Hit the spot and I was very refreshing to drink intra workout. I also have to say the Chocolate Brownie Whey may be better than cookies and cream. Very surprised on how good it tasted and the best part was the scoop was on top of the protein when I opened it.. Hardly ever see that. Plan on training chest/tri's sometime tomorrow.
Beautiful!

the Amino IS an intra-workout, but it is sometimes used as a pre-workout due to the caffeine in there. for me, I need a lot more umph for a supp to be a potent pre, but everyone's different
other people double up on two scoops, which double up the caffeine, but that would be a ton of water for me, and I don't find it easy to work out with a bathtub of water inside my tummy

Notes
Solid training this afternoon. Gym was really crowded at first, so got stuck on machines. Hit a couple of PR's. Don't like the HS incline, so usually don't go heavy so that PR wasn't to big. Happy putting up 215x5 on CGBP weighing 192 lbs. Also did 45 pushups without stopping when I got out of bed this morning. A few months ago I struggled getting 30. Really enjoyed the Blue Raspberry amino shooter edge again. Gulped it down too fast since I enjoyed it so much. Haven't felt any Doms after my leg day yesterday, but they usually hit me on the 2nd day after. I have had 3 servings of glutamine today. I had one when I woke up this morning, one intra and the final one post training. Most likely going to train back/Bi's tomorrow morning.

Chocolate Brownie CP makes is unfiltered, raw chocolate...juiciness. Kind of like a playmate and a glass of milk getting in bed together..wait what?
All that in a day's work and sprinkled with a PR ? that's not bad MVD keep doing what you're doing, I am big on the volume and like to dial it up often. The extra glutamine and AES should make a dent on any possible doms and give those tris a break tomorrow.
pushups should be everyone's morning ritual hahaGabber Crew since 2005
