Muscles can't keep up with stamina???

After every work out for the past 2 weeks (12 workouts in total includes push, pull, and legs) I have gotten to the bar after my usual max sets and reps, when I'd usually be gassed and finished, and I'd try to proceed with the next set or two having enough energy to run a few miles just to find my muscles are too fatigued. So I feel I have enough energy to go more, but my muscles are too weak to continue? Should I just do some cardio Pre-Workout or???
Also I have improved nutrition which may have given me this change.

It's normal. Your muscles should get tired. Then you eat and next time you push a little more weight.

You should follow a proven routine. I expect you may not know how much volume is effective and how much is too much.

How so? What are your macros? How many calories are you consuming per day? What's your TDEE and what specifically is your workout?

As MrPB states.. you should follow a proven routine. Something with progressive overload. Something like Fierce 5.
