From the very first dose you will experience a dramatic increase in energy, mental focus, alertness and concentration.
My two favorite ingredients to see in my pre-workout:
Beta-Alanine = Myriads of scientific tests prove it’s efficacy in increasing working capacity in skeletal muscle tissue, decreasing muscle acidosis, improving endurance, delaying fatigue and improving overall muscle strength and power.*
Creatine = The synergy between the amounts of Tri-Creatine Malate, Creatine Pyruvate and Agmatine Sulfate are a key factor in UPLOAD’s ability to push nutrient rich blood inside the working muscle and keep it there for the longest period of time possible.*Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

Well, I'll use almost anything backed by CarnoSyn.
Glutamine- I like having a healthy and positive Immune system.
Agmatine?? That's the secret ingredient that pumps you up for those explosive curls right? Count me in. How much though? seems like 500mg!
I love Watermelon btw. This preworkout is packed with things that some do and some don't have but this is all in one? I'm in.PM for custom art inquiry's, examples on my page.

Creatine pyruvate is a supplement you don't see very often. Interesting...
TRI CREATINE MALATE & CREATINE PYRUVATE
Beyond just regular creatine. Way beyond! Alpha Pro Nutrition® chose to create this particular balance of creatines because the average creatine monohydrate on the market is often not well tolerated by individuals even with slight gastrointestinal issues and water retention problems. Retaining water inside your muscle is extremely beneficial to strength athletes and especially bodybuilders for obvious reasons. Ingesting an inexpensive and impure creatine product that causes an overall “creatine bloat” under the skin and especially in the abdomen is certainly not!
The water retention properties have been designed to stay within the muscle and not spill over to all the tissues and subcutaneously. The synergy between the amounts of Tri-Creatine Malate, Creatine Pyruvate and Agmatine Sulfate are a key factor in UPLOAD’s ability to push nutrient rich blood inside the working muscle and keep it there for the longest period of time possible.*Trevor Kouritzin RHN, B.ENG

Not participating but want to chime in...
I had the pleasure of trying intraload (BCAA/EAA formula)..all I can say is fantastic. If Upload is of the same quality you are in for a treat. The wraps are phenomenal as well, padded on the inside and well made.
Continued success guys....Currently seeking new rep opportunities with an entrepreneurial company that encourages creativty.
