I have attempted no fap in the past and my expirience it definitely works. Here are some of the things I notice when on no fap
-more energy
-require less sleep to be functional 5-6 hrs.
-more focus
-no brain fog
-skin look more healthier
-better workouts probably due to more energy
-less anxiety
-more confident
-overall became more productive

Just an advice. Browsing the misc makes it extreeemly hard not even kidding. So many random hngg GIFs. The worst part is you'll be studying, decide to browse the misc for 10 mins as break, see a GIF or picture and you'll be horny and won't be able to concentrate for a while.
