Yeah, I would definitely say your chest is lacking relative to the rest of your body. Can you give us an example of what your chest routine looks like? Generally if your chest is lacking, I'd hit it up with incline bench, incline db bench, incline flies and such..
Also, if you are doing low volume, try switching it up to high volume or vice versa. Good luck bro. Your back looks great.Check out my Pararescue Tryout Workout Journal!

this is what i do for my chest
saw huge improvements
first always inclines
inclines barbell - 4x12-15
flat bench - 4x12
dunbell flat bench - 4x12
Dips - 3x15-20
somekind of flies 4x12
it might be alittle over work out, but works very well for me. My chest use to be like yours, but after this, huge improvements.
Your chest isnt bad at all, just alittle unbalanced with other parts of your body.
Nice back and cut btw
i would rep you but don't know how hahaStriving to be better everyday

INCLINE PRESS!, either with smith or barbell, followed by flat dumbellpress. The incline press with get your chest thick! if you cant lift a lot of weight on it, that means your chest is under-derveloped and you need to workon that. A few weeks on the incline press on your chest day and you will see a difference in both size and strength...trust me. For you first execise of chest day do incline barbell for 5-6 sets, 12-4 reps...
HOPE THIS HELPS BRO!

My Chest Routine
My chest was lacking last year, but I have added some pretty good size. I change up my routine every 4 weeks...after 12 weeks, take week off and start up again. Seems to be working out, but patience is key. First 4 weeks builds a base, do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps..I sometimes do the 12,10,8,8 during this phase. Then get into sets of 5x5's, and then go down to 2,2,2,4,2. Seems to work for me.
Here's what I do on my chest day. It is usually takes 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours, but for my body, its not overtraining. Currently on my 5x5's.
Incline BB Bench 12x135(warm-up), 5x185, 5x195, 5x205, 5x215, 5x225
BB Bench 195x5, 215x5, 225x5, 235x5, 245x5
Cable Flies 60lb x8,8,8
DB Incline 70x8, 75x6, 80x5
DB Bench 95x8, 100x5 100x5
DB Pullover 75x8, 75x8
50 Dips, however many sets I need depending on body
Hope this gives you some ideas. My endurance is built up pretty good, so this was mainly for some ideas.
And the fact that I am bored at work.

for me you've got to blast the chest all over to get the full rounded pumped up look. I do Flat B Press and Cable Crossovers (alternating); Incline B Press and Incline DB Flyes; Decline B Press and Decline DB Flyes; Dips (for chest) and DB Pullovers. 4 sets each, reps range of 10-6. The mind muscle connection is important - focus on the contraction and squeeze of the muscle and watch it grow!
