Seriously, where did this, "put a chunk of butter in your coffee" load of bull**** come from? I'm tempted to neg anyone who posts that it's a "good " idea. This is just the latest in a long list of stupid topics posted in this forum, and seeing this nonsense is becoming tiresome.No brain, no gain.

So, it's been a couple years later. Is everyone's opinions still the same?
I ask because I was losing too much weight on the Bulletproof coffee and foods. Had to back off a bit. It's also highly addictive to eat fats, in my opinion.
