no idea how you got so many reps at that weight deadlifting so late into the session , my back is fatigued now just reading the list of Rows , pull overs, pulls downs and T bar rows, done before even getting to the deadlift aspect☻/

arms fried wasmeFINAFLEX, the fact that are still attached seems like a win to me after that much volume in 1 session
V bar push downs and skull crushers adding the the overal arm fatigue factor
I am betting they where happy with your choice of standing calf raises as the finishing exercise☻/
