    no idea how you got so many reps at that weight deadlifting so late into the session , my back is fatigued now just reading the list of Rows , pull overs, pulls downs and T bar rows, done before even getting to the deadlift aspect

    Thanks Steve, appreciate it brother. My workouts, have always been higher in volume.

    I actually have never been good with deadlifts, always tend to tweak my back if i try to go to heavy. So just work with higher volume and lower weight with them.
