0530 – Activate Xtreme and Sterol Complex on waking
0615 – ILoad, Karbolic and Hemavol PWO
0630 - Intraxcell
0800 - Amino1 or Best BCAA Post Workout with green tea and CLA along with meal (eggs/egg whites, porridge)
1000 – Protein Shake 40g (beef or vegan blend protein)
1300 – Slin Sane before lunch if having a slight excess of carbs
1400 – Sterol Complex
2100 – 40g Protein Shake
This is just literally supplements I take. I eat as clean as possible and maybe have a cheat like Pizza or Nachos every fortnight on a Saturday evening.
I don’t eat dairy because I break out in rashes (this is a new allergy) and I can’t take creatine supps because I’m asthmatic and any time I take them, I find my breathing is very constricted, so when I eliminated that, I lost a bit of size but could breath properly.
I’m well aware it hasn’t been proven that creatine exacerbates asthma, but it flares mine up for some reason something horrific every time I try reintroduce it back into my diet, which sucks because it truly is a wonderful supplement.
Is this slightly overdoing it on the supps front, or drastically overdoing it? Any help for a naturally skinny fcuker trying to maintain and gain, much appreciated.

OHP : 75kgs x 4 (7 if I finish with three push presses)

Don't even know what some of those supps are, but yeah, you're overdoing it. CLA is useless, there's no reason to take BCAAs or freeform aminos with a meal since the eggs already contain aminos, I see two different GDAs in there, etc.
Skip the beef protein, the PDCAAS score and amino profile are poor. Beef protein powder is primarily collagen and gelatin. If you can't have dairy, go with a pea-protein-based vegan blend like SAN RawFusion. Or just get the protein from food, doesn't make any difference in the end.
You should not have lost size from not using creatine. A little bit of water weight, sure, but nothing significant. Most likely you're not eating enough. And if you're talking about being skinny and want to gain weight, then yeah, eat more. Supps aren't going to make you gain weight, food will. Just add extra calories into your day...swap those egg whites with whole eggs, make your protein shake with whole milk, snack on nuts and dried fruit throughout the day, etc.Olympus Labs Representative

Cool, thanks so much everyone.
It's not that I'm skinny at the moment, but my genetics have it that it's very easy for me to lose mass and weight quickly so it's a constant struggle. Truly is.
If I have a crazy weekend away - like at a festival - I come back looking akin to Tom Hanks in Philadelphia. Or at least I feel like I do.
I-Load and Karbolic, I use as a pre workout because of the vanity pumps (just being honest).
Universals' Sterol Complex I use for genuine wellbeing. I can't post any images yet due to beginner post count, but the profile seems decent enough.
Thanks for the advice on Beef Protein. After reading your reply I had a goo around and it seems I've essentially been taking slop. I'll just stick to Sunwarrior or MyProteins' Vegan blends (I can't get SANs Rawfusion here in Ireland).
I get most of my protein intake from real food though. I left out my meals at 11am (tin of tuna or turkey/chicken) and my lunches and dinner which is essentially steamed fish/steaks/lean minces with rice/pasta and a heap of veg.
So, thanks again. I think I'll cut a lot of that out. Tough on the pockets too...
