Let's look at this glorious first amendment

So in actuality 99% of Americans have a misconception about "free speech". Yes we as a nation allow people to say what they want when they want to whomever they want... it's sort of our 'interpretation' today and how we employ it. But in reality the amendment just guarantees that the government shall make no laws barring certain speech, or groups from speaking, or employing censorship etc etc etc.

So that takes us back to our modern interpretation of it.

Sure you can say whatever you want. But people can still think you're an ******* for doing so. "Free speech" does not give you the right to go into a venue and be disruptive and loud and whatnot, and allow you to continue on with no motion to escort you or remove you from the premises....
