    How Long To Get Back To Ketosis

    How long does it take to get back into Ketosis after a high carb meal once a week. For example, I have my high carbs on a Saturday and switch directly back to my Keto Diet the next day and continue for the 6 days until the next Saturday

    I think it depends on how many carbs you have and how long you've been in Ketosis. Everybody's different. If you're been in Keto for 6 months, you're going to come back much faster and have a higher tolerance for what would kick you out. You could potentially have 60g and still be in keto while somebody who just started might get kicked out at 40g.

    Depends on a lot. How long were you in ketosis beforehand? How much do you weigh? How many carbs did you eat? I'd say for most, if you were in ketosis and keto dieting for some time, 2-3 days tops. There are some tricks you can use to get you there faster like using insulinogenics such as EFX iRush or Natty Nutrition SlinTrol or Berberine on your carb day with every meal and teh day after with every meal. Also, the day after you can use ketones or MCT oils, theyve been shown to get you back into ketosis faster.

    Another trick is to do a high rep total body workout before your eat your carb meal or the morning of your refeed. This primes your body to store the carbs as glycogen. You can then do a heavy day the day after and do some HIIT cardio that day. HIIT is very effective at burning through glycogen which will help get youb ack into ketosis.
