    Newbie Embarking on a Ketogenic Lifestyle

    I've been researching keto diets for awhile now and Im going to be jumping in tomorow. I'm 40yrs old, very overweight and totally new to this so wish me luck!

    My main goals for the time being are to lose weight and gain more energy/mental clarity. Id love to have some muscle too but must lose some of this weight first! Im currently 222lbs and about 5'4 I think.

    I would love some encouragement from any of you keto eaters out there so if you like, please friend me. Seeing your successes will hopefully motivate me!

    I suggest starting a log. It's a good way to keep yourself on track and get support from others.
