To gain weight or not to gain weight...

I am a high school football player entering my senior year. I am a lineman and a decent one at that, however, i am not sure whether i am big enough. Currently i am the smallest lineman on my team at 195 lbs but in spite of that i am 4th strongest. My game relies mostly on technique though and i am in line to start next season. I feel like i have to get bigger to be able to compete more effectively but i dont want to sacrifice my speed and agility. I hve been thinking about getting mass gainers because i know i dont eat enough and that would help me with my calories. I lift 4-6 times a week on a 2 day on 1 day rest cycle. I have felt my self get stronger and I'm pretty comfortable with my current progress in strength but i need to know if it would help to get "thicker" and see if that will help. I ask for any questions and ill answer them i just want to make the best of my last off-season.

YOU need to get bigger, stronger, and more explosive.

The best way for you to gain muscle is through food. Eat lots of it. Mass gainers will help, but make sure you have the other 90% sorted out because if they aren't.. those gains will come and go fast.

There are NFL linebackers almost half again your size that are much faster than you.

There are Olympic Sprinters that are bigger than you and faster than you.

Get as big (not fat) as you can. Getting stronger won't make you slower. On your off days from lifting participate in a fun aerobic activity - a LOT of football players like to play basketball.

Unless you're looking at a college football career, gaining a tonne of weight really isnt worth it.
