I am a high school football player entering my senior year. I am a lineman and a decent one at that, however, i am not sure whether i am big enough. Currently i am the smallest lineman on my team at 195 lbs but in spite of that i am 4th strongest. My game relies mostly on technique though and i am in line to start next season. I feel like i have to get bigger to be able to compete more effectively but i dont want to sacrifice my speed and agility. I hve been thinking about getting mass gainers because i know i dont eat enough and that would help me with my calories. I lift 4-6 times a week on a 2 day on 1 day rest cycle. I have felt my self get stronger and I'm pretty comfortable with my current progress in strength but i need to know if it would help to get "thicker" and see if that will help. I ask for any questions and ill answer them i just want to make the best of my last off-season.
