My current time are as followed:
100m- 14.09s
200m- 31.79s
400m- 1:13
800m- 2:52
1600m- 6:28
Long jump- 14'
High jump- 4'4" (only tried it twice)
If i train very hard for the next 10 months how much faster (and farther/longer) do you think i will be able to improve these times/jumps? I am just starting puberty which should definitely help. Also i could improve my form a bit by not crossing my arms and bringing my knees up a bit. I also need to work on my blocks starts.
It would also be nice to know how much i would improve from each thing like puberty, training, and form/blocks.
Also I will post here everytime I get a new PR during these 10 months.
Thanks!

No.
Seriously, nobody can tell you what you in particular will do. If you're about average now, you can look up what the average guys a year ahead of you are doing. Other than that, there's no way to tell.
In your other thread, your 100m time was 12.89. Now it's 14.09. With that trend it will be over 20 seconds by this summer.
